Terms, Returns and Size Exchange Policy

These terms apply to all orders placed with Uniforms Hub (Toshniwal Marketing), Nanded – on www.uniforms.org.in, by phone or on WhatsApp.

1. Size exchange within 7 days

  • If a uniform does not fit, you can ask for a different size within 7 days of delivery.

  • Message us on WhatsApp at 84320 89490 with your order number and the size you need.

  • The item must be unused, unwashed and in its original packing with tags.

  • Exchange shipping is paid by the customer – both sending the item back to us and sending the new size to you.

  • Exchange depends on the new size being in stock.

2. No returns for refund

  • We do not accept returns for a refund. Please check the size guide on each product page before ordering, or WhatsApp us your staff sizes and we will help you choose.

3. Damaged or wrong item

  • If an item arrives damaged, or you receive a different item from what you ordered, message us within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it.

  • Please record a video while opening the parcel. We cannot replace an item without proof of damage in transit.

4. Delivery

  • Orders are delivered in 5–8 business days anywhere in India. Occasionally delivery can take longer for reasons outside our control.

  • Please give the correct pincode and phone number – a wrong pincode can delay or stop delivery.

5. Cash on delivery

  • Cash on delivery is available. Courier partners may add a small extra charge for collecting cash.
